When will my first order arrive?
Everything is roasted to order — your first bag is roasted within a couple of days and posted straight after, typically with you inside a week.
How does the subscription work?
The Explorer sends you a fresh single-origin every month — two 250g bags, roasted to order and shipped free. Skip, pause or cancel whenever you like.
How do I pay?
By Direct Debit, set up through GoCardless — not by card. It takes about a minute at checkout and every payment is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. We never see or store your bank details.
Which grind should I pick?
Whole bean, espresso, filter, cafetière or Aeropress — choose at checkout and change it any time. Not sure? Go whole bean and grind fresh.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime, no notice period and no fee. Use the link in any order email — we'll stop the next roast before it's made.
