This is an Ethiopian heirloom coffee from a farmer owned cooperative in Oromia, decaffeinated with the sugarcane process, which strips the caffeine and leaves the chocolate and caramel exactly where they were. It's for the second cup, the late one, or the people in your house who want the ritual without the punch. Same bag, same standard, no compromise on the taste.
