Spark

Ref: RC-PAPAYA-250-WB

A single origin from the hills above Comayagua in Honduras, and the only coffee in the range that argues back a little. Bright orange up front, caramel underneath, a fig sweetness that hangs around after the cup's gone. It's the one to reach for when the day needs a sharper start, and it costs more because it should. Works as espresso or filter without changing character.

Tasting notes: Orange, caramel, fig
Acidity: Balanced, citrus
Body: Smooth, caramel
Finish: Sweet, figgy
Strength: 4 of 5
Origin: Comayagua, Honduras
Process: Washed
Best for: All brewing methods

Roasted to order in the UK. Available whole bean or ground for espresso, filter, cafetiere, aeropress or stove top.
