Delivery & returns.
What it costs, when it lands, and exactly where you stand if something isn't right.
Delivery
Delivery is free on every order and every subscription drop, anywhere in the UK. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Everything is roasted to order, so your coffee is not sitting in a warehouse waiting for a picker. In practice that means:
- Your beans are roasted within about 48 hours of the order.
- They rest briefly, then go out by tracked post.
- Most orders reach you within a week of ordering.
You will get tracking by email as soon as the parcel leaves the roastery. If a delivery is running late, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Subscriptions
The Explorer renews monthly until you stop it. You can skip a month, pause, change your grind or cancel at any time — there is no notice period, no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Use the link in any order email, or email hello@rossocoffee.co.uk. If you cancel before the next roast is made, that roast is not made and you are not charged.
Your right to cancel
Because you are buying at a distance, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the day you receive your goods to change your mind, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email hello@rossocoffee.co.uk and tell us your order number. We will confirm and give you the return address.
- Return the coffee unopened and sealed, in a condition where it could be resold.
- You pay the cost of returning it unless it arrived damaged or wrong.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the account the payment came from.
Once a bag has been opened we cannot resell it, so opened coffee is excluded from the change-of-mind right on hygiene grounds. That does not affect your rights below if something is actually wrong with it.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, stale, or simply not what you ordered, email us within a reasonable time with your order number and a photograph if there is something to see. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described — if yours are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we will not make you argue for it.
In practice we will usually just re-roast and resend, and we will cover the postage.
