The Explorer sets up a monthly mandate; the Starter Pack is a single one-off payment. Every payment is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee, and we never see or store your bank details.
The Explorer sends you a fresh single-origin every month — two 250g bags, roasted to order and shipped free. You're charged monthly by Direct Debit and you can skip, pause or cancel whenever you like.
Yes. Pick whole bean, espresso, filter, cafetière or Aeropress at checkout, and change it any time by replying to any order email. Not sure? Go whole bean and grind fresh.
Because everything is roasted to order, your first bag is roasted within a couple of days and posted straight after — typically with you inside a week.
